My physician called to set up the appointment on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. No same day appointment was available, and the facility was closed the day after Thanksgiving. Therefore, the appointment was scheduled for the following Monday (an acceptable amount of time for a non-emergency appointment). The staff was professional albeit "short" (no attempt to be particularly friendly - sort of robotic routine) in their dealings with the patients. The result was made available to my physician within 1 and 1/2 days, as stated. The ultrasound technician did not divulge any of the findings since this not permitted by law. The facility was clean and the appointment was timely. So, 4 stars rather than 5.
